Let's Meet
Entrepreneur, researcher, creator & host of "The Good Hands" podcast
Hi, I'm Ariela. I'm an entrepreneur, researcher, creator, and host of the "The Good Hands" podcast. My path in this field began with my own personal experience — a stillbirth I experienced in 2018 that changed the course of my life.
At the time, I was pregnant with a daughter we had been eagerly awaiting. At 37 weeks, an unusual finding sent us for urgent tests. The results revealed a complex medical condition that required ending the pregnancy, and we had to go through a stillbirth.
My personal journey led me to in-depth research. I study my experience within the broader story of coping with trauma and building a life after loss. My research is independent, drawing on studies, books, conversations with experts and professionals, and of course, on the many women who have shared their loss stories with me.
I trained in facilitating support groups for women who have experienced stillbirth, and furthered my education completing the Grief Educator training under David Kessler, one of the world's leading experts in the field.
I created "The Good Hands," the first podcast of its kind in Israel devoted entirely to stillbirth and pregnancy loss — a podcast that has become a meaningful resource for women after stillbirth.
I give talks, make knowledge accessible, and develop content and resources that give women tools and support. My mission is to help women build stable ground even during times when life's circumstances are shifting, uncertain, and challenging.
I'm here to walk alongside you on this journey, to give you tools that help you regain your footing, and to remind you that you are not alone.
